which was my surprise
one whole cut of beef, lean-ish cut, but similar in thickness to a standard ribeye
When I've had raw beef before, it's always been thin cuts or as tartar or something
never just a slab of raw steak
I mean.... it's fine
but I can't say I understand why you'd serve it like this
you cant even cut it well
it is gross though
raw chicken is the only "dangerous" meat
I would rather you burn the fuck out of the meat until you could not even taste/tell what meat it originally was, then for it to be raw

the couple times I've eaten raw chicken accidentally, have been the worst experiences of my life
so I don't think I'll rush to try that
