40 hours is arbitrary, I don't think it's a worthless number
but it's never tied into productivity, andd only matters for administrative and tax purposes
So, my company sent everyone home for Corona, and we all did basically nothing for 6 months
productivity fell from 100% to 90%
and management is kind of astounded
this is when we find out spooky works a meme job
