We exported a style of restaurant, that began with diners and became an all-encompassing term for fast-casual
it's not the type of food
you can have an American resturant that serves nothing but Italian food or w/e
I've heard diners referred to as "retro American" recently

toasting bread and baking are the only times I use butter for the most part, and I've not felt like baking
My gut was to disagree since I love butter, but I guess by volume I mostly also only use it on bread or when baking desserts
And when baking you can use the shitty cheap butter anyway
