are they charging people per use of the AI instead of a subscription? idk much about this topic
sorta right now there are a lot of "trial" tiers of AI subscription that don't really make sense since $5/month is NOTHING, but you can't get a casual user to upgrade to $100/month if they're not going to regularly use AI yet

Same thing with cloud stuff, if you pay for Microsoft Azure or Amazon AWS webservers, you pay for the actual use of those server resources rather than one flat monthly rate
