but that's ~25% of places, and then 80%+ have flags if they're standalone resturants/stores
The closest to that we have is on rememberance day at 11:11 all stores will announce a moment of silence and everyone stops what they are doing for 25 seconds or so
strip malls, the rate of flags are lower, but they'll usually have a banner or smt
