's poll You just earn 1 million dollars. Do you tell the phijkchu server, or do you hide it? has closed.
it wasn't even a bragging thing
I'd mention "hey guys, this happened" for a lot of notable things in my life
I can safely tell random phijkchu to fuck off
its pretty easy
the wording made it seem like it was about bragging, but I also took it to just mean "are you being super secret about it or not"
I wouldn’t tell anybody, but you’d definitely stop hearing me complain about money related things
VInny, we'd know after the 15th massive game haul purchase
either it's that or you'd decided you were killing yourself anyways so you started getting a lot of predatory short term loans

Several monkeys on the loose in St. Louis, officials warn — KSDK 💬 220 🔁 261 ❤️ 6.6K 👁️ 304.6K
that is normal for st. louis
ok now a new person has to do it
All I know is either
1) the refs fucked some call up that one side will say cost them the game
2) A receiver dropped an easy catch to win the game, forcing some last-second hail mary that the NFL thrives on
3) a kicker missed an easy kick, in order to stir more drama
I don't think the league is rigged necessarily, but I do feel like all players know at some level they're putting on a show
I think NHL is too far in that direction, but I hate the college sports version more
where the announcers talk about how vile and unacceptable any sort of taunting or fighting is
"you hate to see it" "this puts a stain on a great game" etc. etc.
timestamp
this kind of shit
it's the chastising over fucking nothing that I find genuinely annoying
oh, he even says the line later in the video too

Lmao, brother called me telling me he saw a monkey
Polu go catch it
we'd all be very impressed
Does anyone have any recommendations for where/how I should look to try and learn python (or any programming languages really, but thats just the one I have my eye on)
I imagine it depends what you want to use it for
There are a ton of things you could learn, but specific thing to focus on depends on the application
Also based on what mint said, it depends if you have zero coding knowledge whatsoever or not going in
I’m starting near nothing since the last time I did anything was before I dropped out almost a decade ago
I took a few courses that taught C++ back then, don’t remember much from back then tho
I think just learning syntax for now is an alright way to start, since you are effectively starting from scratch and that is a hard initial hurdle for people with zero experience sometimes
you can do tutorials or games or whatever to put ideas in your head but none of that learning will actually solidify into anything until/unless you do some kind of project on your own
anyway this question counts as today's poll
Rust?
