Is that different in Canada Pika? Is it renters insurance to protect you or to protect the person you're renting from?

Replying to Kribbles #kribbles1 I don't really know what AppleCare is, but I think something that is required like, renter's or car insurance doesn't count as a subscription. (edited)
I don't own Apple stuff, but it's a weird hybrid warranty thing mostly, you pay monthly and if your shit breaks they give you a new one
Protect me, but I think its required by ontario code that you have to have it
so the building insists I have it
but they never actually checked
Some buildings might be more proactive in actually checking idk
mine just never did
interesting, I haven't rented since college and I know more places are starting to add more red tape
renters insurance was 100% optional then, though I think some buildings sorta prefered it to filter out the poor
now though, even if you're just renting a room, they feel entitled to do full-on background checks and other nonsense
You must have at least a masters degree to rent, and 25 years of renter experience
My apartment is run pretty well and they are on top of things at least
makes up for the fact that I have to pay 1.8k a month to live there! (It does not)
Replying to Spooky Phijkchu #spooky.131 Vinny, how many individual Twitch/patreon subs do you have?
2 each.
Rusp
he meants things he is subbed to
not subbed to him
I would hope you were concerned man
concerned dog would be more sad to see
I'd get one if the costco was not so far away, since I only buy food in bulk anyways to save money

YouTube's wrapped is really lame
but I'm curious what Garbage's or Max's Phijkchu slop YT accounts got
polu's phijkchu account was funny
his entire taste is gaming award shows, anime quizzes, and travel
Mine had a large percentage of zfg / oot stuff
I don’t remember anything else significant
I think youtube just does not let Canadians do that recap or something
I do not have access to it, the link does nothing
you're really not missing much
I was just curious if it would shame Max/Garbage for only watching AI slop
damn, it must think you're Canadian
I'm going to have to make a Rawb.art wrapped next year
Aren't I
A German woman over at Christmas Eve with us is explaining Black Pete to everyone
Europeans do still have a little culture left
media.tenor.com
Very nonspoiler christmas image I happened to have for the occassion
0.1% earliest users, though I kind of expect all of us to be in that category
Also, I found this funny
That is basically my life
You must be Canadian
sorry, thats how it works
Do people actually stack gifts that high
actually this is a good poll question
Growing up, what was considered an average Christmas's worth of gifts (if it fluctuated, select multiple).
