If you gift someone a singular, small gift for Christmas, is it a "Stocking Stuffer"?

and ig you can have a secondary gift that would have gone in the stocking but didnt cause it was too big. and still fits thie stocking vibe

it's just something cheap that isn't worth much on its own but is used to inflate the amount you give, to add a bit of filling to the Christmas spirit. LITERALLY I think it is specifically something like that you put into a stocking. but figuratively you can expand it to mean any type of filler Christmas gift imo (although the true meaning is still only involving the stocking)

We would open stockings on Christmas Eve night, which was things like a rubik's cube or those impossible puzzles so we would be entertained in the morning
