I was going to say that I feel like I’m just less online than half the people in here but at the same time I’m a map game autist so the more I think about it I think you’re right

🚨 LG is 22x points on Rakuten next Monday (11/3) — but only if you do this right 👇 Link your Amex account to Rakuten so your cash back becomes Amex points. If you spend $1,000 on a TV, that’s: 💎 22,000 points from Rakuten 💳 1,000 points from your Amex card = 23,000 Amex points total — almost enough for 2 round-trip flights from NYC to London on Virgin Atlantic (24K points) ✈️ Don’t miss this opportunity — Rakuten also has an elevated sign-up bonus right now. Link copied below and in bio! This is hands-down one of the best ways to supercharge your points accumulation! #rakuten #amex #creditcard #travelhacks #pointsandmiles❤️ 12.8K 💬 158 🔁 4.9K

I had in in my head that this Masters program was going to be similar for some reason, and was ready to spend time in the school mindset, it's what I was sorta doing it for honestly

I don't think it's necessarily about being hard/easy the sentiment pre-covid was most people were in university for some combination of learning & the "experience" (defined however you want)

I finished my grad school during covid while professors were still in the "I don't understand new technology" mindset and most were just hoping people would show up in person, and since it was, ya know, Houghton, Michigan and there were at most 20 covid cases, everyone showed up in person to lectures and exams anyway.

I'm very curious how schools are now. I don't know how prevalent what Spooky said is. Also I wonder how students can differentiate themselves now that grades are fairly irrelevant. Like, those who want to learn and those who just want a white-collar job.
