no we are Dialga, TSMC built theirs in Arizona
Intel also wanted in on it, got 50% of the way through building two of them, spent billions, and then the new CEO just decided randomly to stop a couple weeks ago
like, construction was ongoing, huge construction teams building literal megastructures
and all just got a call to stop and go home
