I forgot to say this many days ago but if you want an advanced trick for having pie crust that's like all the way done then you can get a pizza stone in the oven below your pie

you have to be careful with it because the extra heat radiation can cause your pie to explode and catch fire but if you do it just right

it will achieve the intended effect

as in like you take the stone out after a little bit

and then you find something to do with your rock that is 200 degrees fahrenheit
