I feel like it can be interpreted a million different ways, on both sides

U can tell when ppl have you blocked
I meant that more about my own understanding
it feels like blocking is compelling the other person to take some form of action, because it's explicit and Discord tells them
where are ignoring someone or just muting a DM/channel would have the opposite effect (to a point)
but reading comments, what people seem to actually want is to erase the name/pfp of the person they block, on-top of expunging messages+replies from public channels
idk, I accept that my view is the outlier
but if someone blocks me, my expectation is they want me to do something
versus just being left on read or w/e
