The idea is to stop the pokemon from cheating. If pokemon are allowed to cheat in a certain way then the lions should be allowed to do the same. And allowing the lions to cheat in said way just makes the question confusingly vague.

The 'Chimera' is allowed because I have already explicitly permitted Doduo and Dodrio. 2 headed and 3-headed pokemon count as one pokemon. Doduo's existance means that siamese lions count as 1.
