So I'm watching the olympics
and someone just busted out a song from an obscure 2010s indie game for their routine
Only time anything from Spooky's playlist will be heard by actual people

I mean, this is all sports though, in order to keep "growing" they have to attract audiences who don't like them, by changing themselves to be stupider
but for w/e reason, current fans keep watching/paying, so it keeps getting dumber
the reason this was done, is because on TV, they sell ads to overlay over the game during kickoffs, and want to be able to guarentee there won't be anything exciting people "miss" when they do that
I can't find an example of what I mean, but it's been happening during the Olympics all the time
