Did youtube chage how it works
I hovered over a video and it played the audio at me
scared the shit out of me because I just loudly heard Harmful Opinions say "YEAH"
it doesn't play sound for me
just the video

it's been like that for a while, there's a audio mute/unmute button in the top right. if you click it, it toggles sound on/off, and keeps that toggle for every video until you toggle it again

maybe I accidentally hit the toggle
