This is a joke I feel but I actually have not regularly brushed my teeth or been to the dentist in like years and I went last month and they said “well by looking at your teeth I can see you’ve been brushing so that’s good”

Teeth are super genetics based, I brush maybe once a day at most, there were years where I would only brush once every 2 to 3 days, and they have always been fine

Iirc it in part has something to do with how thick your saliva is, some people have thicker/thinner saliva and that effects teeth health and how much care you have to provide them

Human dental care be like “you have to brush me everyday twice a day but if you brush too hard you damage the enamel and also you should floss to prevent plaque build up but flossing also causes separation between your teeth and gums and also your teeth never come back if you damage them too severely”
