Rusp, just stop brushing
Build up a natural teeth immunity
It'll impress your dentist next time
I live nowhere near Ottawa
Ottawa is like a 3 hour drive past Toronto, which itself is like a 2 hour drive

This is a joke I feel but I actually have not regularly brushed my teeth or been to the dentist in like years and I went last month and they said “well by looking at your teeth I can see you’ve been brushing so that’s good”
because fuck you lmfao

Teeth are super genetics based, I brush maybe once a day at most, there were years where I would only brush once every 2 to 3 days, and they have always been fine
Iirc it in part has something to do with how thick your saliva is, some people have thicker/thinner saliva and that effects teeth health and how much care you have to provide them
yeah its a super rng heavy thing
so people just get fucked in teeth rng
the rest of my family has horrible teeth rng
I just lucked out
I also think it has less to do with what you eat, and more about whether you subconsciously clean your teeth or not
not based on anything, just my gut feeling
I mean, what you eat has an impact if you are constantly eating teeth destroying things at high rates
but I think if you are not downing 10 pops a day or whatever
>teeth destroying
you are probably fine
if you mean, like chewing on rocks, I agree
but I actually don't think acids/sugars are bad in the way people think they are
they're bad because they adhere to your teeth, and prevent you from naturally cleaning them
not because they literally dissolve your teeth or something
I think for sure prolonged exposure to acids will effect your teeth health, but I think prolonged exposure to acids will effect most biological things
but I think a reasonable amount of drinking/eating stuff is not a problem
Human dental care be like “you have to brush me everyday twice a day but if you brush too hard you damage the enamel and also you should floss to prevent plaque build up but flossing also causes separation between your teeth and gums and also your teeth never come back if you damage them too severely”
don't forget that between the ages of 12 and 20 jews will try to convince your parents to let them strap metal vices to your face to gradually reshape your bones for aesthetic reasons, and if you want them to not revert you must forever wear a protective cap on your teeth
Also don't forget that if you are born Br*tish you are born with a natural -20 to your teeth stat
Don't the british eat a lot of fish being an island nation, this does not add up
rocks > hard candies > grinding your teeth in your sleep >>>>>>>>>>> sugars/acids/carbs/whatever
oh, speaking of crisps
Eating rocks is training your teeth though
Pika, does Canada use retarded names for chips too?
we have crisps as a brand of a specific type of chips
but we just call chips chips
The only thing we borrow from the british is mostly spelling related
not what we call thigns
Colour, Honour, grey
those are the things I can think of
off the top of my head
but like, pronunciation wise, we don't copy the british for most things
