Believe it or not

BotW is one of the worst zelda games

botw is a fine game, its not bad but its genuinely an awful zelda game. weapon durability sucks in the overworld, actual trash mechanic, horses suck until you get the teleporting horse item, grdinging mats to upgrade armor fucking sucks, theres literally 0 enemy variaty, so after a few hours the only fun enemy to fight are the lynels and they're very rare. there's no actual dungeons, just mini puzzle shrines, there's barely any bosses in the game, and all the major bosses are just ganon

funnilly enough though, the most fun part of botw

is the dlc

and its the part that actually uses the weapon degredation mechanic in a smart manner
