in this game

you regen it so quickly

its not like hes running a str build either

hes not using a super heavy weapon

usually you want 60 vig, then hit softcap on your weapon stat

then fill in stam for fashion-souls

no bopit it descends but from 40 to 60, but it doesnt get super low until after 60

at 61 and above its like 4 per level

or something

but at 59->60 its still another 14 or so
