final boss isn't hard, it just sucks with no summons

because he dicks you down phase one

constant pressure and aoe attacks

phase one is good, phase two is just running for 6 hours, that's the shitty part

I beat the 2nd to last boss in the most autistic and satisfying way

it was actually great

2nd to last boss is one of the best in the game

but it's very hard as a ranged character

I laughed so hard

it's weird

when he comboed me the first time

i like how last 2 areas are copy and pasted enemies

every boss in the game favors ranged

then second to last

just full on dicks on range

I can definatly see that

you can't really cast much

no time to buff too

you gota go close

when he buffs

he takes 10 years to walk at you

but some buffs only lasts 1 minute

so unless you beat him in under a minute

on my faith playthrough i always casted my buffa before entering, then just ran in, three shot his first phase

(which is how I did it basically lol)

then spent forever on his second phase

I comboed the shit out of p1 every time

because aoes and runnning galore

his jump is very punishable

I managed to stagger him like 2 attacks into p2

his only punishable attack

and then just wacked him when he tried to buff

to learn how to roll

phase one is easy though

so I could focus on p2

it's very punishable

yeah it ended up not being a big issue

when you can stagger him

second phase only has one attack that's punishable unless you have the special item
