There is a pole vault the speedrun does that saves like 2 seconds I did not do
and I had some sloppy movement in a few places
at the start?

I think I actually do the start of that area better than the wr speedrun
he safey resets at the checkpoint to line up his sword
I did not do that
probably half a second faster
its faster unless you do it perfectly
then what I did is faster
