i thought the beasts were good as dungeons, even though they were short

I did not like them as physics puzzles. I would have preferred classic puzzle styles.

Classic puzzles were hit and miss with me

Only one way to get through and in the mean time you’re just stuck

i preferred them over the dungeon style that was in like TP and WW. those are too long and some solutions are convoluted

Wind Waker had some iffy dungeons but I really liked Twilight Princess's dungeons

i got stuck constantly in TP's dungeons

a stealth timed dungeon with a lot of unique mechanics and metroidvania like

Phantom Hourglass had really cool concepts for dungeons but they were mostly poorly executed

A Link Between Worlds has the best 2D dungeons.
