I have been slacking on upgrading artifacts

even though they would probably help a lot

you'll hard cap yourself very fast

I have to decide if I want to start grinding them at 40 or wait to 45 and just grind charcters up to 80 while I wait

there aren't enough artifacts to melt

yeah I can see that

and the difference between lvl 16 and lvl20 is MASSIVE

you porbably have to gridn the artifact nodes

to melt them

I'm only upgrading the ones that I roll good on

but honestly

seeing how bad legendary tier mats are

I wouldn't be suprised

artifact management is bad

if in grinding good stat legendary tier artifact

I want to felt them from somehwere I can see their stats

you get enough hjunk to just upgrade it fully

since essentially 60-80% of them are worthless, regardless of tier

yeah

but I can't see that from the melt screen

so unless I want to spend 5 hours doing it

I'll wait for them to add that feature

when I did care about artifacts I had enough blue and below to just upgrade everything barley

one thing I have to say though

the AR40 fire set node

has the gayest ley line effect

it's 99% electric slimes

so electric is useless

and when you proc overload it deals 1/3 of your hp bar in dmg to you

so if you use fire you just kill yourself

kinda forces you to bring an ice charcter since ice is actually buffed

so I guess I'll level kaeya at some point

might try grinding out the wind set since I'm not even going to try the fire node for a while with my team being 2 fire 1 electric and venti

I kinda hope the AR45 one has a different lay line disorder but who can really say

part of me finds it funny that I can ascend 4 weapons to 80 before I even have my 2nd charcter at lvl 80

I had the opposite

I'm mat limited on weapons more than characters

I hate that water dungeon

so much

getting hit by anything does like 1/3 of your hp

I do send my charcters on ore missions constantly tho

so that might be why I have more weapon mats

the games have a built in difficulty modifier, where you naturally outlevel content if you suck too much
