kaeya maybe, just because building a secondary team around freeze might be a good choice

diluc probably makes tyhe best use out of np7 fischl

since every atack is electric while oz is out

and diluc has like 100% uptime fire attacks

I also figure that if I'm using keqing I don't need oz's electic spam as much
