you just walk around

some chests (not all) respawn ocassionally, couldnt tell you the actual timers or which ones specifically do respawn

off the top of my head

most common chests should respawn

specifying ones that dont respawn is easy, obviously seelie ones and puzzle rewards/time trials rewards

it's hard to nail down exactly how those work

all mobs respawn, but some respawn with chests

and as ffar as I can tell, there's a roll going on for the difficulty of the encounter which spawns
