Main quest is the most XP Daily quests (the purple ones you get 4 of) are super quick if you run around the main towns, there are a handful of NPC quests to do, some award more than others activating the beacons gives you 50xp each turning in korok seeds at the god shrines gives you some opening chests gives you some too
