Rex I think is the same tier, I'm still getting the hang of him but if you play smart you can do HUGE damage always live

The ai was really weird from what I've seen

Like there'd be terrain they can't reach you from

Rework artificer to be more DOT based or effect casting, make her fire more prevalent, give her ice stuff longer stun and slow down after, give the shock stuff stun and ukelele like spreading.
