@everyoneHarbour Masters Port of Banjo Kazooie, Lighthouse, ReleasedAttention Jiggy fans! That's right, the day is finally upon us: Lighthouse, the Harbour Masters port of Banjo Kazooie, is now available! I know I'm cutting it close, but I hope you'll agree it was worth the wait.
Key Points
- Vanilla is 100% completable.
- - Note and Jinjo retention are in, but disabled by default. However, the processes run in the background anyway, so retention is toggleable at any time.
- Comes with the standard high-res and interpolation enhancements, as well as many initial BK-specific ones for you to discover!
- This also includes the first use of the built-in gamepad mapper! Ever had a controller not be recognized by the game, or be not fully working or improperly mapped? Well, you can fix that yourself now, and right within the game.
- - This process creates a custom mapping file that doesn't get overwritten with subsequent game updates, and when this gets implemented in other ports, the custom mapping file will be compatible with just copy-pasting it into those ports folders. ## Anchor
- In addition to Mr Vile previewed in the trailer, the final Grunty fight is also fully synced.
- No minigames or bosses, other than those two, are synced. Yet.
- Breakables (MMM gates and windows) and puzzle steps (BGS Croctus, TTC treasure hunt), and many more small things are all fully synced and live-react.
- As with other games, room setting retention is a thing, however, if you want to keep the same room, all you need to do is hover over the slot you want to load in file select and click Clear All Team States in the Anchor menu before loading the save. ## Randomizer
- Rando co-op works, but currently requires making a seed, saving and quitting to create a save file, then sharing that file with people. ## Romhacks
- You'll have to make a pre-patched ROM for each romhack you want to use, which you can then extract using the Romhacks menu. As such, as mentioned in the preview channel, it will still require having a US 1.0 ROM to play them. ## Thanks

they put out a beta-demo for the new Mortal Shell game
and between that and the F2P Mistfall one
how are studios this bad at copying Elden Ring's homework
the basic combat mechanics are just so off, and feel bad
that it makes whatever else they're trying to do that's different, not even matter

how
yeah, pushing the new update to stable brought everyone back
it's one of the few games that gets picked up by streamers, that people also actually go and play themselves

the OG random NPCs were funny
you'd catch random shadows running around the street, breaking into and looting houses, and at least initially they were full-on murder hobos
I'll take any sort of dynamic pricing
that's not just based on rep with the faction/trader
oh, mb I didn't mean that specific to Zomboid, yeah factions would wreck that, other than maybe the military if they decide to add that
lol
Zomboid having crafting/cooking probably does make bartering harder too, because enough base components have value even if their finished product is junk to a prospective barterer

This would be great if we forced a glasses girl to do this
I like how serious the readme is, really sells the bit
You can also limit it to specific people
So if you only want Pika's checks to jerk you off, you can set that up
