Touhou 15 is weird. It has a special mode called "Pointdevice mode" where you play it in short sections and if you die, you go back to the previous section instead. It makes it somewhat easier to play, but also means you will sit and stare at CP at a lot longer.

She’s EXTREMELY overrated, having somehow won the popularity contest one year, and she just kinda is another Sakuya. Who herself is another Yumeko.

My A tier in the new list is kinda the same as the S in the last one. I just had too many in the highest tier, so I had to make another tier.

I actually do have a reason to rate Ruukuto high, but it's dumb. In my Pokemon draft league, I like to name all my pokemon after Touhou characters, and I couldn't think of a better character for Rotom appliances than Ruukuto, so now I just kinda like her. A bit.
