Mixtape is a good walking sim thing I think
idk what it qualifies as
it reminds me of Limbo/Inside sorta
where it's just a bunch of scenes, and not really a game or even really about anything
yeah I'm not sure either, I was also surprised that it's not even overpriced or anything
I was expecting it to be some pretentious $40, stick-up-its-ass monologue sorta thing
I think some people just saw it getting 10s from every games journo so it joined to culture war
it's definitely made for elder millennials, but I actually think it's probably a 4/5 game
with the caveat it's not a game

Yeah I think it's just this. People hate games journalists and seeing them give something perfect scores implies that it must be awful or bought out in some way.
