has anyone else here played the modern Wolfenstein games? I always think about how tonally weird it was for the game to be like "look at how bad the nazis were oooo ooo" while at the same time its like "jews are actually a hyper-advanced sect of perfect humans with secret stashes of incredibly advanced technology hidden all over the globe"
The 2014 game imo was perfect at just focusing on the spectacle and not bothering with worldbuilding
All the games afterwards have tried to add all this dumb lore and all these dumb characters
which when you think about; like you said, ends up just feeling silly
Thanks for Nekopara After @mint I am categorizing this as a christmas gift even though you gave me it on new years
Also I beat Neon White @polu , good game (gameplay wise, music wise), funny game (writing wise)

I remember I went through this years lineup in VC with you earlier, I recognized 1 name of all the runners
it is so sad how GDQ is a shell of its former self and literally no one even goes to it
I haven't even looked up runs after it was over in years
there are other events that people go to still, more taylored to specific series. I know the Euros host an event that people I have actually heard of go to
