It's a good game, and 100% honestly I'm happy it's not as long as Balatro is
fun for the 5-10 hours it takes to beat, then you're finished

I was never that invested in this, mostly just interesting since I remember him wanting to quit really badly a couple years ago and had stopped making much progress
peaked at 15k right after he got there
it was one of the last big old school projects that was still ongoing
if it was made now (or really anytime past 2015) it would have been overproduced and full of all sorts of stats and memes and stuff
but it really was just an old man trundling along slowly
I actually thought his reaction to getting there was perfect
not some overthetop soyjack
not some rehersed, scripted read
just kinda a oh.... well ig this chapter of my life is over now
I completed the sequel/ spin off to a hit metroidvania which released in 2017 (on some consoles anyways).
It was alright, I prefered the first game
54% achivements atm
I might 100% it, idk yet
I liked it, but I think some of the achivements are going to be autistic considering the first game
