ik Hollowknight setup for a sequel with some of the mushroom cinematics, but I thought Silksong was literally unrelated to that

from what I remember Silksong was Hornets side story shit prior to her coming to Hollownest
and the mushroom thing 100% is a cannon piece of lore

it's literally the entire theme of hollowknight, a glimmer of hope in a dying/doomed world
