it was bad
and by that
I mean
it was really boring
My actual thoughts are "how the fuck is the game this empty and unfun"
I'll stream it again if anyone else gets in or wants me to
but I really can't see what they were going for
you NEED a squad of 3 people to even sorta enjoy the game currently,
and nothing about the loot, PvE, or meta progression is fun
it's "high" when you have shields
the shield dif is honestly way too high
you get a 2x to your health pool with good shields
that's so bad
jfc
yeah, my experience was similar, but seeing it like that
oof
lmao
the game needs a graphics overhaul too
them targeting Chinese netcafe PC specs is an L
It needs a 12-month delay to have a chance
even F2P won't save it on-launch, and honestly might make it worse
they moved earlier, which is a win
eh, I think F2P is needed for most games that want to push MP
Helldivers co-op PvE works at $40
but Marathons PvE is really lacking
oh, that's the other thing I was going to say
idk why they want to go all-in on the PvP part of their game
sweats can go play tarkov
I think games that are going for "____ genre game", but for console
are not a valid strategy, with the console market's continued decline

Hollow Knight: Silksong Will Be Playable in September 2025… at an...
IGN can reveal the hotly anticipated Hollow Knight: Silksong will be playable in an Australian museum in September 2025. But what does that mean for the actual release date?
www.ign.comI wish these companies luck with getting people to bite at $80
I think that's going to be a hard sell
since most AAA games rn go on 50% sales within 6 months of release
ig this is a way to preserve more of that original price, they'll sell for $40 now intead of $30
I agree
well, actually
Microsoft's recent games
have sold so disastrously on-launch
no one was buying them before either!
I don't think the sale price is a good justification mind you, I just think it's interesting how every game is essentially only bought when it goes on deep % sales now
because most people are not subscribing to Gamepass to play Microsoft games, and are certainly not paying $80 on-release
