Dude, Chugga's is somehow the least broken in his friend group
Proton Jon (@ProtonJon) on X
Something I left out last night.
twitter.comhe is going trans
Explaining that she's cis/het like that is so funny
Replying to Spooky Phijkchu #spooky.131 Explaining that she's cis/het like that is so funny
It’s interesting how he specifies this explicitly, and yet it doesn’t seem like they’re separating?

Dude, I can't believe they remade an elder scrolls that is not skyrim finally
now we get 16 years of oblivion remakes
I'm guessing it will come out in a week or so. I heard it was made in Unreal Engine which means low mod support
Replying to ChivesKirk #chiveskirk I'm guessing it will come out in a week or so. I heard it was made in Unreal Engine which means low mod support
no it should come out same day
Replying to taxes #tzfi no it should come out same day
I fully support studios that shadow drop games
Sad that all the Skyblivion modders who just needed 2 more weeks to finish their game will have to hang themselves now
So, I got really into Blue Prince, and at some point remembered someone saying it was a solodev
so I looked into it
so apparently, in Indie culture now "solo dev" can mean a game that has an entire 30-person team working on it, as long as they're just "supporting" the solodev
lmao even
I think my threshold for it being a solo dev is it needs to be at least 70% only their work
the development cost for this game *feels* like $50M
I can accept it being a "solodev" if you have a few people who contribute a few things
even though it was probably more like $20M
the secondary support studio and the QA team both looked Czech, so they probably came cheap
and I don't think it's been in full-development for 8 years, probably more like 4
It's a really good game that has the same problem of a lot of mechanically deep puzzle games I like that run length baloons and playing hyper efficiently becomes sorta unfun
12 hours to get credits to roll, and I'd estimate I'm a little more than 50% done with the postgame at 24 hours
couple challenge mode things I might try to do that'll be more of a pain
The game gets SUPER oblique in the postgame, but overall isn't as much of a puzzle box as I was expecting
it's more of a straightforward tile-laying, roguelite puzzle game

Though if that guy who coomed over Animal Well's unsolvable mysteries played this game, I think he'd die
I am so sorry Spooky
lol
Don't worry though, his video right before that was animal well
hahahahahahaha
His most recent stuff has mostly been a mix of rain world and noita
idk leg, none of us seriously watched him after he was talking about how animal well had 1000 hours of content
We just found him funny
Spooky would you describe blue prince as a genre bending enigma?
Oh this video is pre launch of the game
spooky this video is a hype piece
the game was not out yet
I didn't even realize
idk if the title came first or what
but I kind of suspect it did
"let's make a board game about laying blueprints down, and call it blueprince"
we'll figure out the in-universe reason for what a "Blue Prince" is later
I also fully recommend this game to anyone who likes Nancy Drew type stuff
