unclear, they've got 3 offices so if they're not trying to merge their remaining people, it's full support mode
unclear if they have ANY internal projects at this point, their Marvel game and Deus Ex 3 were both canceled
oh, they're the main support studio on Fable and that's it, so yeah they'll likely be fully shut down after that
Karl Jobst lost the Billy Mitchel lawsuit
he has to pay damages
damages are 395k
apparently the case had nothing to do with the cheating
it was purely about karl claiming mitchel forced apollo legends to pay a huge settlement, which was a direct cause of his suicide (which was untrue)

I've watched some of it (early game), seems pretty solid

finally a tracker with logic
The one for the MM beta works pretty well
other than some issues with it not realizing certain things are not in logic that should be fixed for the full release
With this, I think ship is essentially feature complete compared to normal rando
It is missing actor randomizer and enemy souls and maybe a few other things
It’s close enough to complete that I’d say it prolly outranks any other version for me
