when I turn DLSS off, it 100% renders in the wrong rez
it's native 720
I'm guessing a restart fixes that
but I don't care, I'll just leave it on
also these games where you can't swap RT in-game
because they all re-cache shaders in EU5 or w/e
fucking suck
I'm not an RT expert, but my guess is they're only using it for spawned light sources
and not global illum

EU5 has been a disaster for games
messing with global illum
it reduced the fog/blur shit a bit
