I think I prefer co-op survival games, rather than Rust style co-op PvP
Free game that @polu and @mint would probably like
This decision comes after modest sales during the first month and a half after release. While the game was still profitable, financial gain was never my primary motivation (I have an independent job outside of game development). My true passion lies in creating Zach-like games with open-ended puzzles and intricate technical solutions. Now, my goal is to reach a wider audience. If significant revenue isn’t feasible, I’d much rather let more people experience and enjoy the game for free.
I respect it, but something about waiting <2 months is stupid

it has a lot of random soul features in it that did not need to be included just for the hell of it
like full minigame doom style arcade cabinates

The demo was at nextfest, garbage and pirate played it
I was retarded and torrented the Dec 24th version by accident
so I had to deal with christmas presents and santa hats on everything

There was one part in the demo me and garbage played where it felt like for a specific section it had some weird ai translation sounding writing
The voice audio does not always line up with the english text
I played in weeb audio, I considered russian audio because it is a russian game
but at least with jap audio I could tell when things were said verbally that were not exactly what was written
wasn't the russian voice acting AI voice
idk, I'd hope not considering russians made the game
getting a russian woman to voice it should be way easier than a jap
either that or the name of the voice acting option just sounded like an AI service's name

Apparently he is working on a big "spend time with the cute anime girl" mode, so I will revisit the game when that is out
If this game was not a horror game, this would be right up Polu's alley
I don't really have any interset in it beyond the fact that me and garbage somehow played it unspoiled
The tension at the start where we gradually became unsure of if it was some ESL shovelware or an intentionally weird meta game
then going into the terrifying door walking simulator
was a one time experience...
I can imagine going in blind would've been cool
