if I had to guess
I went back to act 5, found my least favorite Wukong fight I think
the stupid lava dog
also, I fucked something up with the horseman quest, idk if that locks me out of something or not
he was not in the act 4 cocoon, but probably because I didn't find him early enough
Replying to Spooky Phijkchu #spooky.131 he was not in the act 4 cocoon, but probably because I didn't find him early enough
whenever you progress act he moves to the next
I pulled the cord in 5
he was not in there
I met him in act 1-3, never saw him in 4, and then pulled the string my first time through act 5
before I beat the boss
I went back and checked, the string is gone now

iirc, when I pulled it the first time, it was still there
but when I went back, it was gone
I am pretty sure I didn't get anything
I'll just give myself the achivement if it never unlocks
but I figured there was probably something in-game I miss out on
when I pulled the string the first time
I'm like 99% sure he never talked
because I was trying to figure out wtf the string did
and ran around his cart seeing if the door was open
yeah, I watched a video of him, there's a short cutscene and everything
I was popping most of the cacoons I saw my first time through too
so I'm surprised I didn't find him
I missed a whole side in that stupid cave
I knew it was there, I could see the green spirits
but I just kept assuming I'd double back and climb up the other side eventually
and then got to the end of the act

but yeah, lava dog is worst boss
big laser jail warden (pre-patch) was 2nd worst
and then golden fish buddha was 3rd
I did not fuck around with any of the resists
fire is by far the most annoying one
poison isn't bad, web is fun, cold is fine (and rare)
