yeah, ig they can connect it back to running away from duty/family,
and it makes more sense that it's a direct jttw thing
because act 1-3 all have these very clear through lines
act 4 is more just a personal story for your midget companion
but it's not the you wukong in this game though right, maybe it's so obvious what the message is to chinks they didn't need to spell it out

the story is interesting because i didnt expect them to take the "black myth" part so seriously
the one place that needed a wall was the frozen lake
