interesting characters, built up the universe with good cinimatics to get people invested early

I never even played OW 1 (my laptop could not handle it at launch, I did not care by the time I got my pc), but I like and am invested in a ton of the early characters
you have to also selectively ignore the random changes they made like making soldier and tracer gay
but that is easy to ignore
TF2 also did the lore expanding cinematic universe thing correctly
