I guess my well sorted game library is done, I am going back to zero sorting
Satisfactory 1.0 update is September 10th
I like it less than Factorio (despite playing Satisfactory first) but it's still pretty fun
Factorio ended at the perfect point, I was surprised how much I liked it tbh
I was reluctant to ever buy it because I assumed I'd "solve" it too quickly
When I did end up playing it, I really enjoyed learning the systems through trial-and-error
maybe because of that, I'm surprised the expansion they're doing is a whole lategame multi-planet thing
because it sounds like.... a lot of needing to play super efficiently
I haven't played Satisfactory in years, my worry is not much will have changed from the early alpha/beta
because it felt like the kind of game that could use the modded minecraft treatment
of just TONS of resources and production chains
and world exploration stuff, kinda like subnautica
I know they didn't want to do combat, which cool, fine
but hopefully the game's scope expanded over time

I had not seen the prior Mihoyo leaks
but the fact their next game is: an animal crossing x Stardew game
really plays to their strengths
I should probably look at what games arch supports now
since we will do another big game night soon (tm)
I could probably do a hat in time this time if I do not find a game I want to do more
I do not have the extended list, but if people want to look at this list and pick games they'd be interested in https://archipelago.gg/games

yeah ror2 seems to work in an okay way
Replying to Phijkchu_Pikachu #klombak yeah ror2 seems to work in an okay way
the trick is that the stage clear checks are locked
are the amount of chests per stage locked?
Replying to Phijkchu_Pikachu #klombak are the amount of chests per stage locked?
wdym by this
like, the chests are checks right? So if you die and go back to a stage, are all the chests you opened still opened and there is a set amount of total chests in the stage
so is it just a set total? I am trying to understand, so if you just die and redo stage 1 can you grind all your checks?
or is it total number per stage
Okay okay
that makes more sense
Ror2 is kind of hard because I think it is not very check dense
part of the problem is we all need to be playing roughly equivalent games in length
vinny ended up having to spend 2 extra hours doing OoT last time
and me and Polu finished way early
Oh god
I forgot balatro was supported
Spooky hear me out
Diddy kong racing might be fun
I've not played that in like 15 years though
