was 100% bad MTL

I think what it was was that they MTL'd everything as a placeholder

and then didn't update some subset of their quests, or flagged them incorrectly as being final

because a lot of the quests actually have really good TLs, with TL Notes and everything

and then there's BAD MTL shit

I definitely like the echo system in this game more than genshins artifact system. i was wrong before about set stats, but the fact you can farm echos without spending any currency is much nicer
