I think objectively it is as close to the perfect game you can get
does anyone even care about shadow of the colossus anymore, I do not remember the last time I even heard someone bring it up

minecraft is awkward, because I think modern minecraft and classic (just after release) minecraft are different games

again, if you had a bracket that included 64 actual contenders for best game of all time, I think the results would possibly be better

minesweeper is also one where I could kind of understand it
its not as close to a perfect game as tetris (inherent flaws in the design exist)
but its simplicity makes it very good and lasting
