Both have some pretty good legacy content with decently high brand value

I think having the name brand of "Adult Swim" targets well to a specific dedicated demographic

I really don't understand how to value IP

I could see them just shutting and sitting on the IP, if departments don't have enough value to sell

If im not mistaken Cartoon Network is the child company of what was Hannah Barbera, so it has a ton of IPs

I think big brand names like Adventure Time, Ed, Edd n Eddy, The Powerpuff Girls and the like will give enough leverage that someone would bite to buy.

Especially with the tshirts and shit, and streaming syndication
