good news there's some development happening for it via the OOTMM randomizer

From what I saw, they're changing up the oot randomizer they're using
since the notes say the current one is being depreciated at some point
i don't think OOTMM is ofically the new version
that will replace OOT
at least not yet
yeah, I kind of assume it's going to be up to whoever takes up the project
which is hard, because SOOO many people care about OOT and MM
so you'll have dozens of people yelling at you no matter what you do

Yeah there is a lot of devs working on many different games archipelago is very cool
My only complaint is how user unfriendly setup is
I think if they work that out, the project will be huge
Yeah there are plans to continue making it better
It is going to take a lot of work for me, spooky, polu, and leg to explain setup to the rest of the server when we do our big group run
I also struggled to find the archipelago install folder which I needed for the lua script for oot

The main issue is the guides are hard to follow, even for people who are more tech literate than the average user
