I'll try setting up OoT since thats probably the randomizer game I am most familiar with

backwalking followed by sidehops followed by rolling
long distance in a straight line you always want to backwalk, sidehoping is good for minimal distances and rolling for when you need to swerve a lot

if you have a control with gyro support, Ship natively lets you use gyro aiming for bow
thats the main thing I missed from it

Do you have a normal switch pro controller?

Thats what I use for ship
If you have the chord, you can play with it plugged in (unless that is not an option). Ship recognizes it when its plugged in via USB
I do not use it wireless
