The developers should be very proud of the foundation they have so far. I'm not sure if other games have had rotational positioning as such a core structure to battle, but I have never seen it before and its BRILLIANT here. Controlling the AI moves at first glance seems odd but just adds even more strategy to each turn and I love that feature, plus I think its funny that you sometimes might have to decide who to KO on your own team, and sending someone out knowing they are probably going to get Ko'ed feels different than being the one to actually push the attack button or select them specifically with a range attack or ability from an enemy.
