well yeah
gacha games are waifu collectors
that is all they are and all they will ever be
Z3 had a terrible trailer
but fuck that, we're getting a Killing Floor 3
that's my big takeaway from E3
There are parts of genshin that are good
but Starrail was BAD
and OG Honkai was mid
the gacha curve in Genshin is also kind shit
you can spend a bit on Genshin (or play F2P) and have fun with it
but if you're the kind of person who whales, you're going to have a bad time
Arknights is the gacha I'm the most mixed on, Genshin I'm generally positive
mostly negatve on all others, either underbaked gameplay or overtuned gacha
or they're *fine* like FEH
and yeah, idk why they're even toying with moving on from Genshin
idk how they compete with themselves successfully
I had the initial impression Starrail was meant to be smaller, but it's not
and Z3, who the fuck knows what it'll turn into
I need to play Z3, but I don't have as much hope as I had before
back when it was just a bunch of concept art
Max, my main in Arknights
is Silver Ash
I wish
if it was just bloons
I'd probably still be playing it
the difficulty spikes in later chapters are just trash
no variety, no fun
and then you have to do spice farming missions
for no reason
for hours
sprites are too small to be a waifu collecting game
and there are 5 meta towers that you need 2 of
to even sort of have a chance to clear past a certain point
