botw just feels better because it was novel and this is basically the same thing

botw is the better game because it was fresh actual 0 equipment challenges instead of washed down shrines reusing shrines again dungeons are still copy paste building is a gimmick underground is actually terrible and only cool/incredible the first two times the sky is really empty maybe 3? new armor sets every single weapon and armor is reused from botw

I can't stand opening a chest and finding a piece of a useless armor set that was useless in botw

there's also the suspension of disbelif stuff like all the guardian assets magically being gone

Just felt more fun travellening around than botw did so I enjoyed it more
